• Client Information •

▪️ Henry’ has a shower on a regular basis (full body & limbs!!) ❤️🖤

▪️ We DO NOT use cloths to clean toilets - we use disposable disinfectant wipes (we dispose of in our bin liners & bring home to our general waste) 🗑️

▪️ Every client has a fresh mop head at for their clean 🧹

▪️ To ensure you receive a quality clean please clear ALL surfaces to allow us to clean efficiently 🙏🏻 You are paying us to ‘clean’ NOT ‘tidy’(there is a difference) - if you want us to do extra work on top of your cleaning we are happy to add on to the chargeable time ✔️

▪️ Can we ask for you to provide a toilet 🚽 brush in EVERY bathroom, please respect our hygiene boundaries 🫶🏼

▪️ We DO have the right to stop our services at any time - if we feel disrespected in any way (this includes not receiving payment on the same day of your clean) ✔️

😊 We are also happy to welcome any suggestions to improve our service as we are a brand new businesses & every day is a school 🏫 day! 🫶🏼
