Hey folks!

Unfortunately with the yellow warning for high winds today and expected gusts up to 50mph I will have to move todays work on to tomorrow.

In weather like this the water will not dry properly to leave the windows spot free and the gusts can also cause a poor quality clean as the water will get blown straight off of the window.

Hey folks!

Just a quick post to remind some customers to pay their bill for the cleans as soon as possible after it has been completed.

I don't like putting up posts like this or having to send reminder messages but I am currently waiting on over 30 payments that are overdue and some of these are for a couple of months cleans.

A high number of missed payments can affect my monthly income and I do have a business to run and a family at home so I would appreciate it if everyone can please keep on top of their payments that are due.

To all of my customers who pay by direct debit or pay on the day that the clean is completed you are very much appreciated.

After this week I will be taking next week and a couple of days the following week off as I am away on a family holiday next week.

All work will be moved on to the following week.

Can everyone please make sure your payments are made and up to date as I shouldn't have to remind the same people every month.

Hi folks.

This is a post I didn't really want to put up but I'm having to chase customers up every month.

When your clean is completed please make sure you make your payment ASAP. I totally understand if you have to wait til pay day but atleast let me know before so at least I know when the payment will be in.

This is a small business and I can't be waiting weeks or a couple of months for payments to be made. I send out messages the week I will be round and I post a card when the clean is completed so you should know when your payment should be made.

Like I said I didn't want to post this but I shouldn't have to remind customers to make the payment every month.

Hey folks!

With a large increase in my workload I have had to move some work around to fit in new customers in certain areas.

The Peterhead jobs have been pushed back two weeks, some Bucksburn and Bankhead areas have been pushed back two weeks to match other jobs that are in that areas, and the jobs in Kintore, Blackburn, Hatton of Fintry and Kinmuck areas have been pushed back a week.

I hope you all understand my reasons for this and I appreciate your continued support in my growing business.
