Pool steps repair works and full pool regrout by MPL Property Management.
In 2020, MPL completed the installation of the natural stone steps within the community pool basin shown in these photos. At the time, the material was selected following guidance from some of the most reputable and experienced companies and stonemasons. Despite relying on this professional expertise, the material ultimately proved unsuitable for the conditions and deteriorated prematurely.
It is important to note that, although these works were already out of warranty after 6 years from installation, we chose to take responsibility and return to the project to carry out a full repair of the steps at no cost to the community.
