Hi everyone! My name is Madi Rusnak, and I am the proud owner and operator of TipTop Cleaning, proudly serving Yorkton, Saskatchewan, and the surrounding area.

I founded TipTop Cleaning in 2024 after gaining valuable experience working with other cleaning companies. It was during that time that I discovered not only how much I genuinely enjoyed cleaning, but also how rewarding it is to make a positive difference in people’s lives. I’ve always dreamed of owning my own business, building something I could be proud of, and creating a career centered around helping others. Starting TipTop Cleaning has allowed me to do exactly that, and I truly can’t imagine doing anything else.

Over the past year, I’ve had the privilege of meeting so many wonderful people in our community. Every client and every member of my team has played a part in the growth of this business, and I am incredibly grateful for the trust and support we’ve received. Building lasting relationships and providing exceptional service are at the heart of everything we do.

At TipTop Cleaning, we believe that a clean home is about more than appearance, it’s about creating a space where you can relax, recharge, and spend time with the people who matter most. Whether we’re completing a routine maintenance clean, a deep clean, or preparing a home for a special occasion, our goal is always to deliver consistent, high-quality results with attention to every detail.

**WE ARE HIRING**
CASUAL / PART TIME

We are seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented, and efficient House Cleaner to join our team. This role involves providing exceptional residential cleaning services to our clients, ensuring their homes are spotless, comfortable and satisfactory. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, efficient cleaning skills, and a passion for creating clean and welcoming environments. Prior experience in cleaning or hospitality is a plus, but we welcome motivated individuals eager to learn. Fluency in English is required. This position offers an opportunity to develop your skills in a supportive and professional setting.

Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas
- Use cleaning supplies and equipment effectively to ensure high-quality results
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness while adhering to safety protocols
- Communicating well with other employees during cleanings.
- Communicating with manager in a timely manner, in case of last minute jobs.
- Make it to jobs on time.

Qualifications
- Prior experience in residential cleaning, or housekeeping is preferred but not required
- Strong organizational skills and excellent time management abilities
- Effective communication skills in English
- Demonstrated attention to detail and a commitment to quality work
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining professionalism
- Good physical stamina for standing, bending, lifting, and moving throughout the workday
- Reliable transportation or access to transportation for timely arrival at client locations
