We are seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented, and efficient House Cleaner to join our team. This role involves providing exceptional residential cleaning services to our clients, ensuring their homes are spotless, comfortable and satisfactory. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, efficient cleaning skills, and a passion for creating clean and welcoming environments. Prior experience in cleaning or hospitality is a plus, but we welcome motivated individuals eager to learn. Fluency in English is required. This position offers an opportunity to develop your skills in a supportive and professional setting.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas
- Use cleaning supplies and equipment effectively to ensure high-quality results
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness while adhering to safety protocols
- Communicating well with other employees during cleanings.
- Communicating with manager in a timely manner, in case of last minute jobs.
- Make it to jobs on time.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in residential cleaning, or housekeeping is preferred but not required
- Strong organizational skills and excellent time management abilities
- Effective communication skills in English
- Demonstrated attention to detail and a commitment to quality work
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining professionalism
- Good physical stamina for standing, bending, lifting, and moving throughout the workday
- Reliable transportation or access to transportation for timely arrival at client locations
