I can’t post this or stress this enough! We would like to remind everyone that payment is due the day of your cleaning if you do not prepay. We have been pretty flexible with not adding on our late fees in our payment policy, but that will be changing.

Reminders sent after 2 days and again after 5 days.

Late fees applied after 7 days.

Continued late payment will require prepayment or removal from our regular cleaning rotation.

(I can’t stress this enough. Our staff is paid weekly. If invoices are not paid on time, that money has to come out of my own pay. When that money comes out of my own pay, I myself have to struggle with my own bills etc. and that is not fair to me) we all want to be paid.
