🚧 No blockage is too challenging for a team that knows how to get the job done!

Our team recently responded to an emergency sewer backup at a commercial building in Mill Bay. With limited access to the blocked pipe, this job required more than a routine drain cleaning.

Our team got straight to work, excavating the affected section, clearing the blockage, completing the necessary repairs, and installing a new sewer cleanout to make future maintenance easier. 🛠️

But the job didn't end there! 🙌
Once the repairs were complete, our team performed a camera inspection to confirm that the sewer line was clear and assess its overall condition. ✅

💪🔧 Getting things flowing again in Duncan!

Our team recently completed a sewer line replacement after severe root intrusion caused a backup and damaged the existing line.

Tree roots can find their way into sewer lines through small cracks or weakened connections, and over time, they can restrict flow and lead to recurring backups.
After identifying the cause of the issue, our crew replaced the affected section of the sewer line and got everything flowing properly again. ✅

Another sewer issue taken care of and another customer back to normal!

Noticing slow drains, recurring backups, or other signs of sewer trouble? Give Park’s Rooter & Drains a call. We’ll help you figure out what’s going on and find the right solution.
