These gowns had somewhere very special to be. ✈️🇬🇧

Before crossing the pond to England for a beautiful wedding celebration, they made a stop at Park Lane Cleaners for their final tailoring touches.

Our team carefully adjusted each gown to ensure the perfect fit while preserving the beautiful drape, movement and details that made each piece unique. Once everything was fitted, finished and celebration-ready, they were off on their English adventure!

Years ago, our plant was rented out as a filming location for a movie.

While cameras rolled and crews moved through the building, my father spent the day doing what he loved most — talking with people. Producers, directors, crew members; everyone had a story, and he was always willing to listen.

At one point, a member of the production team noticed him quietly observing everything around him and captured these photographs from behind the scenes.

Looking back, they feel like a perfect reflection of who he was.

Always willing to hear a story. Always ready to start a conversation.

Friends were his passion, and community was at the heart of everything he did.

We miss you every day, Dad.

Recently, we were discussing with peers a survey that asked different generations the same question:

“What’s the first word that comes to mind when you hear dry cleaner?”

The answers were very different:
“Professional.”
“Expensive.”
“Adulting.”
“What’s that?”

But the outcome is usually the same after one wrong wash cycle.
