Lavender and Luxe Cleaning Services is a growing cleaning business in Thunder Bay, established in 2023. Since our beginning, we have expanded our services to include residential house cleaning, office space cleaning, and Airbnb property cleaning across multiple locations in Thunder Bay.

Key Responsibilities
This position works with minimum supervision as a Professional Cleaner across residential homes, office spaces, and Airbnb properties. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting general cleaning duties including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing bathrooms and kitchens, changing linens where required, garbage removal, organizing spaces, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for clients. Attention to detail, punctuality, and reliability are essential for this role.
Qualifications
• 6 months to 1 year of cleaning experience preferred, but not required
• Paid training will be provided for successful candidates
• Ability to lift 15–20 kg
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Good time management and organizational skills
• Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude
• Ability to communicate respectfully with clients and team members
• Willingness to travel to multiple locations within Thunder Bay
Compensation
Hourly rate for this position is $17.60 to $19.60 per hour, based on experience and suitability for the role.
