Job Title: Driver / Mobile Wash Operator
Location: Thunder Bay, ON
Pay: CA$20.00 – CA$28.00/hr (Fast-track pay increases based on independent performance)
Position Type: Part-Time (35-40hr): includes weekend operational windows
About the Role: Superior Soft Wash is looking for a self-motivated, dependable individual to take charge of a mobile wash unit.
You will be responsible for precision fleet washing (transport trucks/trailers), residential soft-washing, and heavy equipment cleaning across Thunder Bay.We provide the vehicle, professional gear, and training; you provide the work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail. This role is ideal for someone who thrives working independently without a manager watching over their shoulder.
Key Requirements (Must-Haves):
- Valid Ontario G License with a clean driving record.
- Demonstrated experience towing and maneuvering trucks with trailers in commercial or high-density settings.
- Weekend & Flexible Availability: Our primary fleet washing occurs when client vehicles are parked over weekend windows.
- Mechanical Aptitude: Ability to troubleshoot basic pressure washer/pump/chemical delivery issues on-site and maintain unit cleanliness.All-Weather Capability: Comfortable working outdoors year-round.
