If I’m ever a few minutes late to your clean, there’s a good chance I’ve pulled over to rescue a furry or feathery little friend in need.

I can’t resist playing the hero when a tiny critter needs a hand getting to safety. In fact, we always have a box, blanket, net and gloves in the back of the truck ready for such occasions!

As a reminder, payment for ALL services is due on the day the service is completed.

Due to an increase in late payments, we will now be enforcing a LATE FEE of $5 per day for any unpaid balances beyond the date of service.

Repeated late payments may result in the need for PREPAYMENT before future appointments.

With our growing client base, it can be challenging to track multiple outstanding balances.

While we understand that life gets busy and things can slip through the cracks— we’re all human, we kindly ask that you respect our time and policies to help keep everything running smoothly and efficiently.

We open bookings for one time cleanings on the FIRST of each month for the following month to keep things fair for everyone due to our high demand.

Appointments are booked in the order messages are received, so send your request as early as possible for the best chance of getting a spot as spaces fill up quickly.

If we’re fully booked, we’ll gladly add you to our cancellation list for that month.

My heart went to heaven this week. ♥️

Most of you know him better as our unofficial mascot, the one eyed little monster perched on my shoulder in our logo.

We were incredibly fortunate to have shared 13 unforgettable years with him, and for that I will always be grateful.

Pesci loved life and adventure. He was endlessly curious, fearless, and always ready for a new place to explore. He was as stubborn as his namesake and was the most intuitive creature I’ve ever had the honor of knowing. His love for life never faded right up until the very end.

I’m not sure yet how we move forward, but what I do know is that there will never be another love like his and I am honored to have experienced every sweet second of it.

If you’ve ever had the privilege of knowing Pesci, you know just the light this world has lost.
