Clients; I will FINALLY be taking holidays since Christmas. These very needed and special days to me will start August 26th till September 4th. I will not have my work phone and not be answering Facebook messages. If you have a regular cleaning booked during this week I am away, PLEASE I am asking that you VERIFY ASAP if you still want to stay on schedule with 1 of my girls to come clean OR if you'd prefer to wait until I return back to work in September after holidays. I need an answer right away as I will not have communication to last minute have cancellations or vise versa.. required regular cleanings. August 29th - September 2nd (Regular work week) again, if you have your regular cleaning booked during this week please verify whether you'd like to hold off or continue on schedule. Thank you so much! ❤😇

With the New Year I just wanted to reminder all my wonderful clients of my cancellation and payment policy;

Cancellation: if cancellation is appropriate, the scheduled cleaning day must be cancelled and rescheduled 48 hours prior or a 50% fee of clean will be required for loss of time and potential earnings for another client to fill your spot. (Dependant on reason, there may be no charge and just a postponed clean).

Payment: I ask that e-transfers be sent prior to my arrival, once clean is completed I then accept transfer. If transfer is not sent I will either be unable to clean, then require 50% cleaning fee for lost time or I will contact you and an extra charge for wait time on transfer will be applied. (Dependant on time and communication there may be no charge for late etransfer).
