Sales & Marketing Manager Feb - 2026
Atlantic Home & Leisure is a growing local company providing Nova Scotians with โbest in classโ backyard and leisure-focused products and solutions. We are seeking a Sales & Marketing Mgr. to work primarily from our Port Hastings location and showroom.
Key Responsibilities
โข Manage inbound and outbound sales inquiries for prospective customers.
โข Lead clients through full sales cycle from initial contact to close.
โข Execute timely follow-ups and nurture leads to conversion
โข Prepare quotes, process orders and ensure accurate order entry
โข Communicate professionally via phone, email and digital platforms
โข Provide knowledgeable guidance on high value leisure products such as bunkies, garages, sheds, docks, saunas and hot tubs
โข Develop and support promotional initiatives and showroom-based sales activities.
โข Collaborate with management and internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
โข Develop and maintain ongoing Digital Marketing presence to grow business and increase sales.
โข Maintain company page, create TikToks, Reels & live event content, etc.
โข Curate current company website, creating and updating content as needed. Experience with SEO optimization and SEM is strongly preferred.
