We’ve been so lucky over the years to work with kind, honest people. We’ve never had to chase payments because our clients have always treated us with respect.
Unfortunately, after recently experiencing theft of services, we’ve had to make a small but important change to protect our business and our team.
Moving forward, all deep cleans will require a signed contract and full payment up front.
This isn’t something we ever wanted to do, and it’s honestly disappointing that one situation has led to this after so many great experiences.
