Moms With Mops Natural Cleaning Services Inc. is looking for new team members to join our ‘Mom Shift’ crew!

🧼 Part-time shifts:
✅ 9am – 2:15 pm Tuesday to Friday (Summer: Tues–Thurs 9am – 3:30 pm with option of extra hours if available)
✅ Within Kamloops city limits

We’re a natural cleaning company that uses only chemical-free, enzyme-based, and pH-neutral products. We focus on deep cleaning and sanitation — so if you love a good scrub and take pride in your work, we’d love to hear from you!

Moms With Mops Natural Cleaning Services Inc is in search of new members to join our ‘Mom Shift’ team. The positions are part-time, with shifts running 9am-2pm Tuesday to Friday( Summer is Tuesdays to Thursday 9am to 3:00 pm).

About us:

We are a natural cleaning company, using only chemical-free, enzyme based, and/or ph-neutral cleaning products. We are primarily a ‘cleaning’ company, with our focus being on deep cleaning and sanitation (as opposed to light-weight housekeeping and organizing).
We take pride in our work, and care deeply about quality of service and customer satisfaction- as such, we offer a very fair starting wage, as we believe quality work should be rewarded.

*Applicants should be able to work in a generally fast-paced, and sometimes rigorous (scrub, scrub, scrub!) working environment.
* Be very self motivated
* Friendly
* independent
* meticulous
* positive
* able to work alone
* have attention to detail
* be punctual
* coachable and trainable.
*must provide a criminal record check.
👉Must have vehicle and license and able to get self to each job!
👉Our teams work within Kamloops city limits.

Previous experience is not necessary, we are simply looking for hard/ motivated workers, and quick learners with a positive attitude.

Moms With Mops Natural Cleaning Services Inc is in search of a TEAM LEADER to join our ‘Mom Shift’ team. The positions are part-time, with shifts running 9am-2pm Tuesday to Friday.

Team Leaders are responsible for:
*transportation of the team and cleaning supplies to and from clients homes
* washing and maintaining a clean kit
* tracking cleaning times in the homes
* assigning tasks to the team when in clients homes
* checking over the teams work and providing the client with a positive experience.
* training new team members
