Responsibilities
• Perform general cleaning duties including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing, and polishing surfaces
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation in homes and businesses
• Complete assigned cleaning tasks efficiently and thoroughly
• Communicate professionally with clients and team members
• Follow company cleaning procedures and safety protocols
• Report supply needs and maintenance concerns as required
• Work independently and as part of a team

Requirements
✔ Reliable vehicle and valid Alberta driver's licence
✔ Smartphone with data for scheduling and communication
✔ Legally authorized to work in Canada
✔ Ability to provide a current criminal record check
✔ Strong attention to detail and time management skills
✔ Ability to perform physical work, including lifting and extended periods of standing

Experience
Previous residential, commercial, janitorial, or custodial cleaning experience is an asset but not required.

We are willing to train the right person who is dependable, motivated, and takes pride in delivering excellent results.

But maybe the better question is: Why do I do it?
My why has never been simply about cleaning houses or businesses.
It’s about what a clean space gives back to people.

It can give a busy parent a few hours they didn’t have before. It can help someone feel less overwhelmed in their own home. It can give a business owner a space they’re proud to welcome customers into. Sometimes, it’s simply the feeling of walking through the door, looking around and thinking, I can finally relax.

That’s why I built Radiant Places.

I wanted to create a cleaning company where people feel cared for, where every space is treated differently because every client is different, and where cleaning is designed around what people actually need.

NATIONAL PUMPKIN DAY is OCTOBER 26

Pumpkins belong on the porch.

Dirt doesn’t.

Fall is beautiful, but it has a funny way of following us right through the front door.

Leaves, dirt, mud and everything else stuck to our shoes can quickly turn a clean entrance into a mess.
