Lynn’s Sparkle & Shine is a trusted Edmonton cleaning company with 5+ years of loyal recurring clients. We specialize in deep cleans, weekly, and bi-weekly residential services — known for sparkling results and reliability that keeps families coming back.

We are expanding to professional 2-person crews so we can serve more Edmonton homes while keeping our high-detail standards. This is a real opportunity to grow with a quality-focused local business.
We’re hiring 2 detail-oriented cleaners for our first crew.
What we offer:
• Starting pay $23-25 per hour (based on experience, reliability, and interview)
• Performance bonuses for excellent client feedback, perfect quality scores, and retention
• Full paid training on our proven checklists and systems (you’ll shadow and learn exactly how we deliver “sparkle”)
• Consistent Monday–Friday daytime schedule
• Opportunity to advance as we scale to multiple crews next year
What we’re looking for:
• Strong attention to detail and pride in your work (this is non-negotiable)
• Reliable transportation and smartphone
• Positive attitude, dependability, and team-player mindset
• Availability for Monday–Friday daytime hours

Simple service contracts are now in place for clarity and protection. Supplies included.
