Wishing a Happy Mother's Day to all the incredible mothers out there, past and present, who shape lives with love and dedication. Yesterday, I had the privilege of capturing the 1st Emma's Game at my son's club, an annual event honoring Emma Trenerry's remarkable spirit and contributions to the Nilma/Darnum Football Netball Club. Today, I'm looking forward to cheering on my daughter at Warragul Industrials' 16s and 18s game, alongside the flag unfurling ceremony for the 2025 U16s premiership winners. The bond between a mother and child is unbreakable, evolving from comforting hugs and tears to patient rides and words of wisdom. Whatever today brings, may it be filled with joy, love, and celebration - Happy Mother's Day to all, from my children and me.

Anyone breaching these restrictions will be subject to heavy legal penalties. Any fires which start are likely to be more difficult to contain. There are already significant resources deployed to several large and dangerous fires across the state.

To stay safe, please check the Vic Emergency app for updates on your area. The safety of you and your family should be your top concern. Plan ahead and take precautions, given the situation's fluidity. We will keep a close eye on the conditions and make schedule adjustments if needed due to affected bookings.
