Gavin what do you like most about working for yourself?
"It's flexibility for me, I have a young family and I like being able to control my hours to hopefully be a positive influence in my children's lives"
Why VIP & how long have you been partnered with them?
"In my 5th year now, I suppose I could have done this business on my own but a family member of mine has business with them and just said why not have a chat, I thought sure what could be the harm, VIPs vision and plan was strong, thorough and well thought out, it was a pretty simple decision in the end"
What drives you now?
"It's been an interesting few years that's for sure, I was really expanding the business pre covid, but those years gave me an opportunity to understand what my focus is, & to be honest I'm really passionate about helping others develop a strong & viable business within VIP, my own franchise is strong with key clients in place so therefore the next transition was simply to help others & hopefully get like minded people to start their very own VIP franchise "
