Keen Cleaning, a leading provider of industrial and commercial cleaning services, is seeking a reliable and hands-on Site Supervisor based in Perth, with operations coordinated from our Wangara office.
This role suits someone with strong cleaning experience, able to lead teams, jump in for adhoc cleans, and manage daily site needs. Flexible hours with approx. 30 hours per week.

🔧 Key Duties:
• Supervise cleaning crews across multiple Perth sites
• Complete or assist with adhoc cleaning jobs, including:
✅ Steam cleaning
✅ Pressure washing
✅ Floor scrubbing
• Conduct site audits, report on quality & cleanliness
• Ensure OH&S compliance and staff safety practices
• Deliver chemicals, materials, and equipment to job sites
• Train cleaning staff on procedures and site expectations
• Drive manual van for site visits and deliveries (essential)

✅ Requirements:
• Previous cleaning supervisor/team leader experience
• Comfortable with physical, hands-on cleaning tasks
• Knowledge of OH&S and quality standards
• Valid manual driver’s licence
• Good communication and team leadership skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Availability for flexible weekday shifts (occasional weekend work if required)
