🚨 PERTH CLEANING TEAMS - WE’RE EXPANDING 🚨
Vacate Ready Co. is growing, and with more work coming through each week, we’re looking to add a small number of high-quality cleaning teams to our contractor network.
This isn’t a casual “pick up a job here and there” opportunity.
We’re looking for reliable, professional teams who take real pride in their work, communicate properly, move efficiently, think for themselves and can consistently deliver the standard our clients expect.
Ideally, you’ll already work as a team of at least two cleaners and have:
• Your own ABN
• Appropriate insurance
• Reliable transport
• Your own professional equipment and products
• Experience with vacate, deep and detailed cleaning
• Confidence cleaning windows, ovens and carpets (proper steam cleaning)
• The ability to take clear, high-quality before and after photos
• Strong attention to detail and presentation
• Good communication and reliability
• Availability for residential maintenance and regular cleans as well as vacates
We have work available immediately, with additional jobs ready to commence from next week.
Jobs are available throughout Perth, so please let us know exactly which suburbs/areas you’re willing to service.
Why cleaners like working with us
Our jobs are paid per job, not per hour.
That means efficient teams who work smart, maintain a very high standard and get the job completed properly are rewarded for it.
There is no benefit in dragging a job out just to accumulate hours.
Some jobs may be straightforward half-day cleans, while other days may involve back-to-back bookings.
Payment is made the same day once the job is satisfactorily completed.
The earning potential for a strong team is genuinely excellent, and as our workload grows, so does the opportunity for teams who consistently perform.
What we expect in return
Our standards are high.
We are very protective of our reputation, our clients and the quality of work carrying the Vacate Ready Co. name.
Every team must be comfortable standing behind their work.
If something reasonable within the original cleaning scope is raised afterwards, you must be willing and available to return for a touch-up or rectification without hassle or excuses.
That part is non-negotiable.
You’ll also need some flexibility.
Our work can involve:
• 7am or 8am starts
• Short-notice bookings
• Afternoon or evening work when required
• Occasional after-hours jobs
• Back-to-back bookings on busy days
• Residential maintenance and recurring cleans
• Vacate, move-in, deep and presentation cleans
We understand everyone has a life outside work, but when you accept a booking from us, we need to know the client is going to be looked after properly.
Who will do well with us?
Teams who are efficient without cutting corners.
Teams who notice the little things without needing to be told.
Teams who communicate early if there is an issue.
Teams who work hard, have a good attitude, present professionally and want to build a strong working relationship rather than simply chase the next job.
It’s not necessarily easy to become one of our preferred teams - and that’s intentional.
But the teams who earn our trust will be looked after, paid promptly and offered more work as the business grows.
