The GC Pest Control crew, geared up and rolling out 🐜

This is what ready-for-action looks like on the Gold Coast. 1300 468 284

We lost control of the mic to a couple of pint-sized reporters and honestly it's the best content we've got 😂

Jack and Naomi's daughters decided they were influencers for the day and started interviewing everyone at the celebration. Felipe copped a full sit-down about his 3 years with us (and his undying loyalty to Real Madrid).

A little chaos, a lot of heart. This is what our team actually looks like when the cameras (the small ones, anyway) come out.

Celebrating years of service at GC Pest Control 🎉 Jurij has hit 2 years with us, and Xavier and Mike 1 year each. Thanks for everything you bring to the team, legends.

This was a nice reminder that this business isn't built by one person.

It's built by technicians who stick around, office legends who hold it all together, and good people who show up every day. That's the real win.

Team awards time 🙌 Five awards for five legends: Level Up went to Xavier, Culture King to Casey, Low Key Legend to Jarryd, Mr/Mrs/Ms Reliable to Daniel and Extra Mile to Jake. Congrats all, and thanks for everything you do.

Big call outs don't just come from customers, they come from the industry too. 🙌

Growth like this doesn't happen solo. It's the technicians on the tools every day, the office legends keeping things running, and partners like BASF backing the journey the whole way through.

Proud moment, and a reminder that the best relationships in this trade go both ways.

The team voted, and the results are in 🏆 Huge congrats to Jarryd, our Technician of Excellence, voted by the whole GC Pest Control crew. Well done as well to Chris in 2nd and Nathan in 3rd. Proud of this team.

Nick Jones from Bell Laboratories has known Jack for 10 years, since they met at a FAOPMA conference on the Gold Coast. His verdict on the journey since then: aspirational, fun, easygoing, and genuine.

Big thanks to Nick and the Bell Labs team for the kind words 🙌🏽

Nearly 10 years ago, one of our suppliers crossed paths with Jack on a pre-construction site here on the Gold Coast. Jack was running solo back then, figuring it out one job at a time.

He's been along for the whole journey since, solo operator, to contracting, to the team we've got now.

Grateful to have people like him in our corner since the early days. 🙏

Darryl from envu shares what it's been like watching GC Pest Control grow into a 25-person team and take home 2026 Pest Manager of the Year.
"Congratulations Jack and the GC Pest team, and here's to another 20 years." 🏆

Appreciate you, Darryl, and everyone at envu for believing in this business from day one.
