About the Role
Hotel Max is seeking a passionate and skilled Seasonal Chef to join our team for the upcoming summer season. You will be working in a dynamic kitchen environment delivering à la carte dishes with a focus on continental and Mediterranean cuisine.
What We’re Looking For
Experience in hotel or restaurant kitchens
Strong knowledge of Mediterranean and continental cuisine
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Team player with a positive attitude
High standards of cleanliness and food presentation
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and present high-quality dishes
Maintain kitchen hygiene and food safety standards
Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service
Contribute to menu ex*****on and consistency
