In most cases it would cost more to repaint the car then it does to replace the engine so I highly suggest to take car of your paint. You can buy a brand new car drive it straight from the dealer and let’s say you have a 3 yr lease. For 3 yrs you never change the oil as there’s still oil in the engine you just keep running it. At the end of the lease goto the mechanic and get everything repaired and you goto to trade it in it’s worth a lot more even if you don’t do your schedule maintenance services. Now don’t maintain your paint for 3yrs don’t put a coating on it, don’t wax or wash it. Take it through the car through drive wash. Goto trade it in see how much money you’ve actually lost because you didn’t maintain your paint. Paint would be one of the most expensive parts of the car and it’s one that can make or break the value of your vehicle.

Ceramic Coating common questions and answers.

I'll try sum it up as easy and short as possible!

What is a Ceramic Coating: A real Ceramic is applied to the paint, trims, wheels and even glass in liquid form by hand that cures to form a hard layer ontop of your paint, almost like a thin coat of glass.
A true ceramic coating is made from silicon dioxide (si02) and when fully cured is glass like.

Is it worth the money: Short answer YES.
Ceramic will protect your pride and joy for YEARS not MONTHS and with most true Ceramic Coatings lasting atleast 3 years you would be waxing your car atleast 6 times within that 3 years if your car is not coated so you're saving money in the long run on maintenance.
You will also be giving your paint added protection not only from rain, dirt, grime and harmful Australian UV but also help prevent light superficial scratches.

Should I opt for dealer paint protection:
A professional Ceramic Coating will always be a better option over a standard dealer coating, so when buying a new or used car, I suggest contacting me or your local detailer to discuss Ceramic Coatings before choosing the dealer option.
