💛R U OK? DAY💛

Today is a reminder that a simple conversation could make a big difference in someone’s life.

Sometimes, the people around us may be struggling silently. Taking a moment to ask “Are you OK?” and genuinely listening can mean more than you realise 💛

💬 Ask
👂 Listen
🤝 Encourage action
🔁 Check in

You don’t need to have all the answers — just being there and showing someone you care can make a world of difference.

So today, and every day, take the time to check in with the people around you.

So... R U OK? 💛

🐾 **PET HAIR? DON’T SKIP THE PRE-VACUUM! 🧹✨**

If you have furry family members, you’ll know how quickly pet hair, dirt and debris can become trapped deep within your carpet! 🐶🐱

That’s why a thorough pre-vacuum is an important step before steam cleaning!

Why pre-vacuum?
✔️ Helps remove loose pet hair, dirt and dry debris
✔️ Prevents loose debris from becoming wet and harder to remove
✔️ Allows the steam-cleaning process to focus on deeper-down dirt and grime
✔️ Helps improve the overall cleaning result
✔️ Leaves your carpets looking (and smelling!) fresher, cleaner and feeling better underfoot.

✨ **A great steam clean starts before the machine even comes out!**

If you have pets, kids or simply high-traffic carpets, a proper pre-vacuum can make a big difference. These before and after photos speak for themselves!

🐾 Less hair. Less debris. Cleaner carpets!

An amazing local business who we have personally worked alongside with on both residential and commercial jobs!

Locals supporting locals keeps our communities going and growing! 💪

👋 Meet the Owners of Superior Flooring NQ

Hi, we’re Adele & James — proud Townsville locals, parents, and the faces behind Superior Flooring NQ.

Like many families, we wanted to build something meaningful for our children while creating a business that genuinely serves our community. Superior Flooring NQ was founded on hard work, honesty, and a passion for helping people transform their spaces.

Together, we bring decades of experience in customer service, problem-solving, business, and flooring. More importantly, we understand that renovating or building can be overwhelming, which is why we’re committed to making your flooring journey as simple, stress-free, and enjoyable as possible.

Family is at the heart of everything we do. With our sons by our side, we’re building more than a business—we’re building a legacy based on trust, quality workmanship, and strong community values.

Whether you’re renovating a single room or building your dream home, we’re here to help every step of the way.

Thank you, Townsville, for supporting our family’s dream. We can’t wait to help bring yours to life. 🧡
