Just a reminder to all clients — if anyone in the household is unwell, especially with contagious illnesses, please let me know before your scheduled clean.

As a cleaner, I’m in close contact with surfaces, bathrooms, bedding, and shared spaces all day, so illness spreads very easily in this line of work. Last year I contracted influenza, whooping cough, and gastro from sick clients, which impacted both mine & my families health and my ability to work and support my family.

I completely understand that people still need help around the house when they’re sick, but communication and consideration are really important . Moving forward, if anyone in the home is visibly unwell or contagious, I appreciate being informed beforehand so we can discuss the best option for everyone.

Just a reminder that cleaning invoices are ment to be paid on the day of your clean, if we have to send constant reminders every week / fortnight we will have no choice but to give your spot to someone on our wait list who is happy to pay promptly , if you don’t want to lose your spot please be respectful of our services and pay as you would when using any other service .

Thank you to those who respect our services and pay on time 😊 please remember we have bills to pay too and we do have a waiting list of people who will happily pay without awkward / constant reminders . When you get groceries , get your hair done or any service you use you do have to pay on the day you receive the service not just when you feel like it or weeks later so we expect the same courtesy unless we have arranged otherwise with you prior . We do have a debt collector but would prefer to avoid having it get to that point .

Just a couple of new payment regulations & policies for new clients and if you’ve booked a bond clean with us we have changed a few things also . Unfortunately we now have a debt collector onboard and all late invoice payments will be sent to them to take the stress off us chasing people up . Regarding bond cleans … Our new system allows us to keep our prices affordable for families / single parents / pensioners and hopefully you understand expecting us to come back for things such as a spider building a new web days after we have already cleaned or a bit of dust settling back down that would take you2 seconds to wipe yourself and not have us travel 30 mins to do so , please read our policy and make sure you are happy with it before booking as we don’t have the availability to return for the minor things that just happen when a house is left empty , we aren’t always perfect and miss the odd thing which we are more than happy to rectify . But please be reasonable and realise we don’t have endless amounts of time . Most importantly ask yourself if you’d work for free ? we are extremely understanding and always work out payment plans for those having a hard time if they communicate that to us prior .

These kind of messages mean so much to us 🙏🏻especially after weeks on end with no days off 🥺we deal with some pretty unkind people at times but take it in our stride as that’s the world we live in . We pride ourselves on making our prices affordable for families as we know the cost of living is ridiculous atm and understand struggle . But for it to be noticed and acknowledged when we can spend up to 30 hours at one job is very much appreciated and keeps us going 💜
