INVOICES, LATE FEES, CANCELATIONS & UNABLE TO GAIN ENTRY TO PROPERTY
Invoices are sent out after each clean is completed. You will receive an invoice the following day if payment has not been received or shown that it has been paid. If your account is still outstanding after 48hrs, you will receive a new invoice with a $25 late fee attached. Any payments not received after that will incur a $25
per day until payment is made. If we are unable to gain entry to your property due to keys not being left in a safe spot for us, or deadlocks on doors from the inside locked, You will be charged a inconvenience fee to your nexts cleans invoice of $10... and we will try our best to reschedule your clean that week.. if applicable, the following week or when your next clean is due. We understand that things come up and you might be sick or have sick kids from time to time, but if you know a couple days in advance to your scheduled clean that it’s not needed for any reason, please try and allow us 24hrs notice, or early the morning of, So we can reschedule our staff and our cleans for the day. If We haven’t been informed until the last minute (eg 1hr prior to your clean) you will be invoiced a cancelation fee of half of your normal cleans price. ANIMALS AND ANIMAL WASTE, BIOHAZARDS, BLOOD, VOMIT ECT
Animal waste (urine on floors, vomit, hair balls and faeces) on floors will no longer be cleaned up by us, unless you have attempted to clean it up the morning of your scheduled clean. Anything left not cleaned up and expected of us to clean up, will incur a “accident fee” from now on added to your invoice, photo evidence will also be taken to confirm and sent with your invoice, if you wish not to incur this fee we will happily clean around it if you don’t wish to pay this.. or inform us otherwise. I know this may all seem quite harsh.. but as much as I try to sanitise my equipment between each house and at the end of the day, I’ve had to throw out countless products due to pushing vacuum cleaners, vacuum heads and cords through unseen urine and faeces on floors.. mops heads are thrown away also as I refuse to wash animal waste through my work only washing machine that I have for my mops and microfibre clothes for other clients homes. Yes we are cleaners and yes we are there to clean the areas of your home, but these things hinder your scheduled clean time, aren’t apart of your initial quote and don’t let us preform our job as well as we would like. If these cleans are required of us.. A biohazard fee will be charged on top of your standard cleaning price.
