INVOICES, LATE FEES, CANCELATIONS & UNABLE TO GAIN ENTRY TO PROPERTY

Invoices are sent out after each clean is completed. You will receive an invoice the following day if payment has not been received or shown that it has been paid. If your account is still outstanding after 48hrs, you will receive a new invoice with a $25 late fee attached. Any payments not received after that will incur a $25

per day until payment is made. If we are unable to gain entry to your property due to keys not being left in a safe spot for us, or deadlocks on doors from the inside locked, You will be charged a inconvenience fee to your nexts cleans invoice of $10... and we will try our best to reschedule your clean that week.. if applicable, the following week or when your next clean is due. We understand that things come up and you might be sick or have sick kids from time to time, but if you know a couple days in advance to your scheduled clean that it’s not needed for any reason, please try and allow us 24hrs notice, or early the morning of, So we can reschedule our staff and our cleans for the day. If We haven’t been informed until the last minute (eg 1hr prior to your clean) you will be invoiced a cancelation fee of half of your normal cleans price. ANIMALS AND ANIMAL WASTE, BIOHAZARDS, BLOOD, VOMIT ECT
Animal waste (urine on floors, vomit, hair balls and faeces) on floors will no longer be cleaned up by us, unless you have attempted to clean it up the morning of your scheduled clean. Anything left not cleaned up and expected of us to clean up, will incur a “accident fee” from now on added to your invoice, photo evidence will also be taken to confirm and sent with your invoice, if you wish not to incur this fee we will happily clean around it if you don’t wish to pay this.. or inform us otherwise. I know this may all seem quite harsh.. but as much as I try to sanitise my equipment between each house and at the end of the day, I’ve had to throw out countless products due to pushing vacuum cleaners, vacuum heads and cords through unseen urine and faeces on floors.. mops heads are thrown away also as I refuse to wash animal waste through my work only washing machine that I have for my mops and microfibre clothes for other clients homes. Yes we are cleaners and yes we are there to clean the areas of your home, but these things hinder your scheduled clean time, aren’t apart of your initial quote and don’t let us preform our job as well as we would like. If these cleans are required of us.. A biohazard fee will be charged on top of your standard cleaning price.

It is with deep sorrow & heavy heart that Adam, Lily and I said goodbye to our beautiful mum (mama) Adelle today.
To the strongest, most caring, empathic & compassionate woman we have ever known. We are grateful we got to spend so much time with you.
It has been nothing but a privilege mum to be your children and we known that you loved us dearly and showed us that daily. There is no greater love than a mothers love.
Rest in eternal peace mum.
We love you Adam, Kirsty & Lily x

If you are sick or are home sick, please cancel your cleans.. wether it be covid, cold and flu, vomiting/ gastro ect…our health is important to as we are immune compromised ourselves.
We have walked into numerous homes over the last two weeks with sick clients who really shouldn’t of let us into their homes. If we get to your door and you are sick.. and haven’t told us, we will leave and you will be charged the full rate for your clean due to the inconvenience.
And a new clean time will be scheduled at a later date when you are well again.

CHANGES TO HOW WE DO BUSINESS

Starting the 1st of June we will be moving from per hour to per clean. What this means for you? Absolutely nothing, you will still receive the same amazing cleans you always have, just there won’t be a time restraint on these cleans from this date forwards.

PRICE INCREASES:

We have increased our prices to coincide with June 1st 2022, I have notified all clients that will be receiving a price increase a couple weeks ago, so please re check your invoices 🙂 if you haven’t received a price increase as of yet.. you will on the next increase starting the 1st of July 2022.

PAYMENT:

All payments are due on the day of your cleans.
This has been our policy since the very start. If payment is not received within 24hrs of your clean, a late fee will be applied.. consistent late payment will leave me no choice but to cancel your cleans permanently.
If your can’t make payment or are having trouble, please reach out and don’t avoid your invoice, I’m more than happy to work with you if invoices aren’t avoided

Sickness/covid update!

Thank you to everyone who contacted us this week to reschedule or cancel your cleans during the week due to either being a close contact, or having flu like symptoms. We appreciated your honesty in letting us know.
We are doing our very best to adhere to government guidelines, mask up and keep all our clients and their families safe.

If we turn up to a home from today on and someone in the home is or has been sick with symptoms wether it be covid or not, confirmed or not, we will not be entering your home to clean. Same rules applied for gastro bugs, cold/flu ect.. your clean isn’t more important than the health and safety of our staff, families, clients or vulnerable clientele. Your clean can be rescheduled.

PLEASE TAKE THIS SERIOUSLY

This is my livelihood, My main income, and I to have a small family whom I wish not to bring sickness home to.

If notice hasn’t been given to me prior to our arrival that a family member is/has been sick. We will leave and and a invoice will be sent for non compliance, And all future cleans will be cancelled due to non compliance and disregard for our well being!
Yes this may seem harsh, but I’m doing everything in my power to do the right thing by my clientele, and family, and I hope you will do the right thing by me.

Where did that 2 weeks holidays go 🤷🏼‍♀️ I can honestly say this is the 1st day I’ve actually taken a break 😂
we hope your Xmas and New Years was a beautiful time with family and friends ❣️

With Monday 3rd being a p***c holiday.. that officially makes Tuesday 4th our 1st day back for the year.. so any rostered Monday cleans, I will squeeze you in during the week where I can, and your cleans will return back to normal the following week.

With all the new restrictions now coming into play, we ask if you have covid like symptoms or are a close contact, to please advise us so we can reschedule your clean or make sure your not home whilst your clean is being done.

We are a double vaccinated business for your piece of mind, but in saying that we do hope you keep our health in mind during your cleans as we do yours.

I’ve got a mountain of 50 plus new enquiry messages I need to reply to, so please bare with me while I get back to you this week.
As I’ve taken the last 2 weeks to be present with my little family and settle into our new home and unpack.

Once again I thank you for your continued support over the last couple of years, and I hope 2022 brings all your hopes and dreams to fruition

The breakdown of how long it takes me to clean your home.. most homes take about 2/3hrs depending on the size of your home.
A bathroom takes me on average 20-30 minutes per bathroom (so two bathrooms will take me the good part of an hour of your clean), kitchen 20-30mins,
Washing down and dusting of living areas, bedrooms ect, about 15 mins, vacuuming normally 30 mins, then mopping out about 20 mins .. and where time permits.. all the little extras (skirting boards, fans, blinds, cobwebs, window ledges ect)
