Pure Eco Clean is growing and currently seeking reliable, motivated cleaners to join the team.
Now under new ownership, the business is focused on strengthening standards and delivering consistent, high-quality service across all areas of cleaning.
About the role:
We provide a wide range of services including:
• Builder cleans
• Bond cleans
• Commercial & office cleaning
• NDIS & domestic cleaning
• Spring & deep cleans
• Regular weekly services and more
What we’re looking for:
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to follow instructions and adhere to company procedures
• Fast, efficient, and able to work under pressure
• High attention to detail and pride in quality work
• Willingness to learn, take feedback on board, and continuously improve
• Clear communication skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team
Requirements:
• Valid driver’s licence (manual preferred)
• Availability for full-time work (casual also considered)
• White Card (advantageous, but not essential)
• NDIS Worker Screening (advantageous, but not essential)
• Police check may be required
• Applicants must have unrestricted working rights in Australia
Previous cleaning experience is beneficial, however not essential — training can be provided for the right candidate with the right attitude.
Additional information:
• Company vehicle provided to and from job sites (at times, use of personal vehicle may be required with fuel reimbursement)
• Weekly pay (transitioning to fortnightly in coming months)
• Opportunity to build strong references for future rental or employment applications
