Video Transcript: “Hi I’m Brendan, I got Bruce from A1 Pest Control to do an end of lease flea treatment at our apartment in Alexandria.
I called him up in the morning and I got a call back that same day. Then the job was done in the afternoon and it was a great job too.”
This was a small unit that didn’t take me very long to do and so it was priced accordingly.

It did however have some items such as luggage left in it, so these were removed by us before the commencement of the job.

“Hi I’m Bruce from A1 Pest Control in Alexandria. We’re doing an end of lease flea treatment for this property in the eastern suburbs and this place is pretty well empty.
So what we do is we do a complete spray of all of the carpeted areas and then we can even move luggage – small items like that to get the treatment complete and once we do that we even go outside on the balcony and treat those areas as well.
A place like this (a small unit) would take probably about 20 minutes and we’re always on time and you can depend on us being there to do a great job for you.

This unit really suited the tenant, as it was situated a short distance from his work in the city.

Video Transcript: “Hi it’s Bruce from A1 pest control in Annandale. I’m just completing an end of lease flea treatment or end of lease pest control, end of lease fumigation – whatever you
like to call it.
It’s a treatment that people that are renting have to do when they have pets, particularly a cat or a dog to get the the place treated before the new tenants move in so they don’t get infested with their fleas.
So a place like this – it’s a beautiful old place in Annandale not far from where I used to live. I used to live in Trafalgar street.
It looks like it’s had some termite problems before, it’s got some traps cut into the floor to gain access so it may have even had a termite problem.
There’s an access trap for termite inspections. It’s an empty place, there’s no sign of fleas because I’ve been walking around in white socks and it’s quite easy to do.
No furniture, there’s no carpet so what we do is we treat all areas inside and externally, any areas where the cat or the dog had been so we can catch any activity of new fleas before they become a problem.
So if you’re renting in Annandale and you need to get your bond back ASAP, please call us because we can do a very thorough treatment and hand you a certificate immediately after it’s done and we certainly price the the job at a rate where it’s easy to afford.

This is a job that we did in a block of flats in Jones Street Ashfield, near the railway station.

“Hi, I’m Bruce from A1 pest control at Ashfield. I’m just doing another end of lease flea treatment or an end of least flea fumigation.
I’m quite near the Ashfield railway station, as you can see.
So it’s a block of units in Brown Street Ashfield and it’s an empty unit. It’s white carpet so we can have a look around to see if there’s any signs of fleas.
Doesn’t appear to be, my socks are not showing any signs and there’s no furniture so this place is going to be fairly quick to
to spray.
We just do a very thorough treatment all the way through each room and when we finish we complete the treatment certificate and hand over to the owner so he gets his bond back.

This is where I used to pick up my wife when she worked at Rockman’s in Ashfield, just up from the railway station.
Any fleas would be easy to spot on this beige carpet. Fortunately for the tenant, they took care of their cat and there were none to be found on the day.
I think what made a big difference was that they did a very thorough treatment on their pet and also steam cleaned their carpet regularly.
