Our customer Claudia had concrete polishing work done around her pool, and sadly the contractor let cement, nails, and other debris wash right into the water — leaving behind concrete and rust stains before she'd even had the chance to enjoy her new pool.
She reached out to us after being told by her local pool shop the only fix was an acid wash. Here's what she had to say after using our treatment:
"Just wanted to express my gratitude for helping get those awful stains off our pool. Thank you so so much! I can't believe how well and how fast the treatment worked. Nobody else would help and was told that would need to acid wash, and that pool was ruined by the builder and concreters before we even got to use it. I've attached some before and after pictures. This is only after 2 weeks so far after adding treatment."
