We understand it is a stressful time of year and everyone is in a rush for Xmas day.

But under NO Circumstances will we accept abuse to staff or contractors. We are happy to address any concerns you have and rectify them so we are all happy in a calm and respectful way. But any Abuse of anyone working for Gizmos Pool Care will result in cancellation of all services.

To all Gizmo’s Pool Care customers.

We appreciate the fact that times are tough and the Xmas period is fast approaching. Unfortunately we will have to stand hard on any outstanding monies owed will cause a hold on the regular services. If the outstanding amount goes past the 60 day period then a Late Fee of $20 and a collection agent will be bought in.

If there is an issue with payment or you would like to set up a payment plan then please contact us directly so we can discuss and work out a suitable option.
