Just a quick reminder that the majority of the Autumn Pools team will be overseas throughout all of next week and into the following week.

Jordan and Chelsea will be away from the end of this weekend until closer to the end of May.

Unless something is urgent, we kindly ask that personal messages or phone calls to either Jordan or Chelsea are limited during this time. In the meantime, please feel free to contact the office via phone or email as usual, as the office will still be open, but running with only 1 staff member!

Thanks heaps for understanding and for everyone wanting to know, yes- it is for an exciting holiday 💍👰‍♀️🤵💒😊

Quick announcement and update-

We would like to let you know that majority of the Autumn Pools team will be away for most of May. The office will remain open to assist you with water samples and all of your chemical needs, however, please note that we will be operating with only 1 staff member during this time, so we appreciate your patience and understanding.

As 2025 comes to a close (yes we are still working hard next week to finalise everything), Jordan and I want to extend our heartfelt thanks to all our wonderful customers for making this year such a great one. At Autumn Pools, our commitment goes far beyond sales, with our entire team genuinely caring about providing the best service and support possible. (Shout out to Tess, Bruce, Steve & Kel for being the best team members ever, also can’t forget our hardworking interior crew Steve, Ben and Shane)

We understand that sometimes unexpected challenges arise, whether it’s the weather, council 🫣, or our children’s sickness- especially the toddlers ongoing medical issues 😵‍💫….. so your patience, understanding, and ongoing support mean the world to us. We truly appreciate your trust and the recommendations you share with others.
