🧺Did you have an issue with one of our washing machines on Monday?🧺

Yesterday (Monday public holiday), at approximately 3:30pm, a gentleman put money into one of our washing machines, but unfortunately the machine jammed and he was unable to retrieve his money.

If this was you, please pop into the Dry Cleaners next door so we can reimburse you.

We apologise for the inconvenience and, as always, we want to make sure our customers are looked after.

What a wild day Ulladulla has had! We hope everyone is safe!

In the middle of all the chaos, someone left this lovely note on one of our dryers:

“THERE IS STILL TIME REMAINING

It might seem like a small gesture, but it really made us smile. 🥰

🎉 GREAT NEWS — OUR DRYERS ARE BACK! 🎉

We’re very happy to let our wonderful customers know that the gas issue have now been resolved and ALL of our dryers are back up and running! 🙌🧺

We’d like to sincerely thank all of our customers for your patience, understanding and continued support while we worked through this unexpected issue. We know having four dryers unavailable was frustrating, and we really appreciate you sticking with us. ❤️

A special THANK YOU to Matthews Plumbing & Gas for all their hard work completing the new gas plumbing installation. They did a fantastic job, were professional throughout the process, and worked hard to get everything safely completed and our laundromat back in full operation. We’re very grateful for their help and would happily recommend them to anyone needing plumbing or gas work. 👏🔧

And just a reminder — our laundromat continues to be OPEN 7 DAYS A WEEK, from 7:30am to 9:00pm. 🕢➡️🕘

📢An Update to Our Valued Customers

We’d like to apologise to our customers for the inconvenience we’re currently experiencing, with four of our dryers temporarily out of service due to an ongoing issues with our gas supply.

We understand how frustrating this can be, particularly when you’re relying on our laundromat to get your washing and drying done.

We want to assure you that Centre Management, together with our gas supplier and local licensed plumbers, are working hard to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, there are a number of things outside our control at the moment, but everyone involved is doing their best to get things back to normal.

We sincerely appreciate your patience, understanding and continued loyalty while we work through this.

As a local, small family-owned business, your continued support and patronage genuinely means a great deal to us. ❤️

We’re hoping to have this issue resolved very soon and will keep you updated as we know more.

Just a reminder to all our valued customers that our Dry Cleaners is now CLOSED from:

🔴 Friday 21st August – Sunday 6th September

We will REOPEN Monday 7th September at 7:30am and resume normal dry cleaning services.

Our Laundromat will continue to operate every day throughout the closure.

Just a quick heads-up that Ulladulla Dry Cleaners will be CLOSED this Friday and Saturday.

If you have any garments or household items that need dry cleaning, please bring them in early this week so we can have them cleaned and ready for you before we close on Friday.

Our Laundromat will remain OPEN as usual, every day from 7:30 am to 9:00 pm, so you can still wash and dry your clothes whenever it suits you.

👑 King’s Birthday Public Holiday Reminder 👑

Just a friendly reminder that Ulladulla Dry Cleaners will be closed today for the King’s Birthday public holiday.

🧺 Our laundromat remains open as usual from 7:30am to 9:00pm, so you can still get your washing and drying done at your convenience.

On Sunday, 31 May, at approximately 6:30pm, a gentleman purchased detergent from our soap vending machine; however, it appears the product was not dispensed.

If this was you, we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience. Please call into the Dry Cleaners at your convenience so we can reimburse you.

Even the best equipment can occasionally have the odd hiccup, and while we do our best to keep everything running perfectly, sometimes things don't go to plan.

If you ever experience a problem with one of our washers, dryers, or soap vending machine, please let us know. We genuinely appreciate the opportunity to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.

A customer appears to have accidentally left a large amount of freshly washed and dried linen on Monday in the laundromat earlier this week.

If you’ve been wondering where it ended up (or you know someone who might be missing it), please send us a message or just pop in and pick it up.

And just a friendly reminder — if life gets busy or you’ve got a mountain of washing to tackle, we also offer our Wash • Dry • Fold service, where you simply drop it off and we’ll do the rest for you.

Need to dry those bigger loads? Our dryers are excellent value too — just $1 for 5 minutes (for example, $8 = 40 mins).
