About You:
- Fast learner and a good decision-maker
- Trustworthy; able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Highly motivated and display attention to detail.
- Must be physically fit and able to perform heavy lifting
- Positive, friendly, can do attitude
- Electronic Reporting Skills – i.e. use of iPad
- Strong communication skills both verbally and written
- Must be well presented as the role requires customer contact
- Must be available to work on-call / after hours and work away from home where required
- Honest, reliable and hardworking – back ground checks will apply
- Possess a current Driver’s License
- Possess or able to obtain a Working with Children's Check and current Police Check
- The ability to display empathy and understanding of our customers
- The ability to manage competing and/or multiple priorities
About the role:
- Perform all areas of mitigation & restoration works, including strip outs, small scale demolition, water mitigation & structural drying
- Attend water damage, fire damage, sewerage ingress & mould jobs
- Attend to specialized cleaning/restoration jobs including ice blasting, carpet/rug cleaning, HVAC system cleaning. Etc.
- Liaise with internal office staff, project managers & external clients
- Prepare & present damage/inspection & inventory lists reports for insurers
- Complete all necessary job documentation
