Fire Restoration - a lot more than just cleaning what you can see.

A house fire in Regional NSW caused soot to spread throughout the affected areas of the property, and this required a lot more than a quick clean.

Our team attended over multiple visits, working through the property room by room. This included HEPA vacuuming, dry chemical sponging, air filtration, removing smoke tags and webs, and chemical cleaning of hard surfaces.

We also removed remaining carpet and smooth edge in affected areas, with carpet replacement recommended as part of the assessment.

It's a process that takes time, the right equipment and a methodical approach. You need to understand what you're dealing with before you start, and make sure the work is done properly.

So, I’m clumsy. I spilled my coffee on my favourite woollen jumper on the way to work this morning. BUT, I had a bottle of our Conquer spot cleaner on my desk. I’ll let the photos talk you through the transformation.

We love, use and recommend Conquer because it works! It works on carpet and upholstery. It's gentle on all fibres, but importantly, it’s WoolSafe! It’s designed for both water-based and oily stains, it uses encapsulation technology to prevent the stain spreading, and it’s ready to use, no dilution or rinsing required.

Our biggest tip is always ACT FAST! Fresh spills are much easier to remove before they have a chance to settle into the fibres. Apply the product without over-wetting, gently agitate, only if needed, then blot with a clean WHITE cloth rather than rubbing. A white cloth prevents colour transferring and also lets you see exactly what you’re lifting out. 🤍

So, if you're anything like me and regularly miss your mouth for no apparent reason, call us or ask a tech for our fave spot cleaner!!

Aidan and Michelle, I hope you are relaxing, not too sore and feeling incredibly proud of yourselves! Not only for your own runs, but also for raising three young men who are clearly not afraid to have a crack! 🤩🤩🤩

Connor, Noah and Logan all ran sub-hour times. See pics! It was truly heartwarming to see Connor, back after last year’s injuries, on that elite starting line.

And I cackled at the Seven News coverage. SO funny. 😂

Christmas in July... because December is just too busy! 🎄❤️

If you've ever tried booking with us in November or December, you'll know it's our busiest time of the year!

Between end-of-lease carpet cleaning, commercial bookings as offices and schools close, emergency restoration work and everyone wanting their homes looking their best for Chrstmas, there's barely time to stop for lunch, let alone celebrate together.

So, we celebrate our team in July instead.
