Saving money on components sounds smart until you're the one explaining the callbacks.

It's a pattern we see regularly. A manufacturer switches to a cheaper supplier, saves a bit upfront, and then spends the next few months dealing with inconsistent finishes, parts that don't quite match, and customers who notice.

We had a manufacturer come back to us after 12 months elsewhere. First thing they said was they didn't realise how much consistency was worth until they lost it.

Every door, carcass, and benchtop that leaves our factory goes through the same process, every time. Not because there's a policy on the wall, but because that's just how we've always worked. If it's not something we'd put in our own home, it doesn't go out the door.
