Charm City Carpet Care & Pest Control has been a family operated business since 1989, when John & Christine Anear moved to Bundaberg after 15 years in the cleaning industry in Brisbane. They bought a fledgling cleaning business & set out to build it into the longest running carpet cleaning & pest control business in Bundaberg. In 2008, their youngest daughter, Katie & her husband, Laurie Stephenso

n, took over as proprietors. Laurie & Katie bring a new enthusiasm into their roles with Laurie specializing in Termite management & Katie having the major administration role. Their goal is to maintain the good reputation of the business & continue to grow & improve our services. Meet our new High Pressure termite chemical unit!

Paired with our bulk tank chemical units the Rega HP system will allow us to drill holes at up to 600mm spacings rather than 450mm with Termidor HE or the older 200mm standard.

This allows less holes, less mess and less chance of hitting underground services when installing termite chemical treatment zones under concrete
