Some very serious decay to decking bearers and joists major structural defect and safety hazard. The bearer had less then 20mm of timber left I advised immediate repairs or bracing the bearer until full repairs can be completed.

Good Evening,
Wether you buying, selling or just a home owner it is a must to keep an eye on things around your home. Especially weather damage/ decay to structural members of your deck as these can be come a Safety Hazard like this Deck I inspected today. So much decay too posts, beams, bearers, joists and decking needing immediate repairs.
Just something to keep in mind peeps.
