Corky’s Cleaning Services,
Terms and Conditions
1. Services Provided
We offer residential and/or commercial cleaning services including:
• Regular ongoing cleans (weekly, fortnightly, or monthly)
• One-off or casual cleans (e.g. spring cleans, deep cleans, end-of-lease cleans)
• NDIS participant cleans (self-managed and plan-managed clients)
All services are tailored to meet your individual needs and preferences.

2. Pricing and Payments
• All services are charged at a flat rate unless otherwise agreed.
• One-off cleans are quoted in advance and may require a deposit.
• Payment is due on the day of service unless prior arrangements have been made.
• We accept bank transfer, Invoice or cash.
• For regular clients, invoices may be issued weekly, fortnightly or monthly as agreed.

3. NDIS Clients
• We service both self-managed and plan-managed NDIS participants.
• A service agreement will be provided where required.
• Invoices for plan-managed clients will be sent directly to the plan manager unless otherwise requested.
• Self-managed clients are responsible for payment on the day of service unless otherwise agreed.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
• We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
• Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee of 100% of agreed cleaning price.
• No-shows or repeat cancellations may result in termination of service.
• For NDIS participants, cancellation policies will follow current NDIS guidelines.

5. Access to Property
• Clients must ensure access is arranged for the agreed time (e.g., keys, codes, someone home).
• If we are unable to access the property, a call-out fee may be charged.

6. Health and Safety
• We reserve the right to decline service if a property is unsafe, unsanitary, or presents a health risk (e.g., pests, biohazards).
• Please inform us in advance if anyone in the household is unwell, particularly with contagious illnesses.
• We do not handle hazardous or dangerous materials.

7. Breakages and Damages
• While we take care in every home, accidental damage can happen. Please notify us of any issues within 24 hours.
• We are fully insured for accidental damage caused by our team.
• We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or fragile items not disclosed before service.

8. Satisfaction Guarantee
• If you’re not happy with a clean, please contact us within 24 hours. We’ll return to address any missed areas at no extra charge.
• Our goal is always to ensure your home is left clean and you’re completely satisfied.

9. Pets
• We love pets! Please let us know if there are animals on the property.
• For safety, we may ask that pets are secured while cleaning is in progress.

10. Privacy and Confidentiality
• Your privacy is important to us. All personal and property information is kept strictly confidential.
• Any keys, alarm codes or access information are stored securely and never shared.

• We may occasionally update these terms and conditions. Clients will be notified in writing of any major changes.
