GENERAL HOUSE KEEPING RULES AND BASIC ETIQUETTE ππ»π
- it is YOUR job as clients to make sure I have access to your home safely on the agreed date. Leave a key in agreed spot.
- IF there is no access I will try to rearrange at a different time of the day.
Understanding sometimes, life happens!
- You will be charged full fee of your clean for my time and loss of potential income.
-PETS - I am not responsible for your pets. Put them outside, inside great. I ADORE THEM. More than the two legged kind. However, they are YOUR responsibility while I am in your home. I will not pick up or clean up after them either. π€¦ββοΈππ»π
- I NEED ACCESS TO BOTH ELECTRICITY & water to complete my job. It is not my job to ensure this is available.
If I proceed to a job without either, I will do my best. However, due to OH&S it is up to MY discretion.
- All payments are due prior to initial clean to secure your booking.
- OCCUPANCY OF HOME DURING CLEANS.
I do prefer a vacant home to perform my job.
It's awkward and unsafe for all involved if I have chemicals, cords and wet surfaces around.
-MALE OCCUPANCY at the home.
I will NOT under any circumstances attend a house with a male only in the premises. As a solo working woman, if I haven't met your husband, son or brother. Let's reschedule. And respectfully - just be kind.
π.Cool this day and age some people work from home.
Let's schedule a day you work from the office.
You get to come home to a lovely home, I get to do my job and leave.
If this doesn't sit right with your values or your family.
That's great. I'm NOT the person for your home or business.
Back to basics - we all have families, we all have jobs. Let's keep it respectful & know we are ALL human and deserve the RIGHT to be safe & paid for OUR time and work.
PEACE βοΈ
