✨ HOME ART CLEANING CO IS GROWING — AND I’M LOOKING FOR MY FIRST TEAM MEMBER! ✨

This is a pretty exciting step for my little business. 🦋

Home Art Cleaning Co is growing, and I’m looking for a reliable, caring and detail-focused cleaner to join me.

I’m not simply looking for someone who can clean — I’m looking for someone who takes pride in their work, notices the little things and understands how good it feels to leave a home genuinely cared for.

🏡 THE ROLE

Initially 1–2 days per week, with the opportunity for more hours as the business continues to grow.

Work will primarily be around Doreen, Eltham, Greensborough and surrounding north-eastern suburbs.

✨ I’M LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO IS:

• Reliable and punctual
• Friendly, respectful and trustworthy
• Naturally attentive to detail
• Comfortable working independently
• Physically capable of cleaning work
• Proud of doing a job properly
• Willing to learn the Home Art way of cleaning
• Looking for consistent work with a small, growing business

Experience is certainly welcome, but attitude, reliability and care matter just as much. Training and support will be provided.

A little thought I had after last night’s clean…

I completed a once-off clean for a lovely client whose home had simply fallen behind. Life gets busy, and before you know it, the jobs start piling up.

The client had booked me for just two hours, so I knew I’d need to work smart. Thanks to years of experience, I was able to prioritise what mattered most, work efficiently, and leave with everything on their list completed to a high standard.

I walked out feeling genuinely proud of what had been achieved.

It also reminded me of something…

People sometimes notice that my hourly rate has increased over the years. What they don’t always see is that I’m now much more efficient. You’re not paying for me to spend longer in your home—you’re paying for experience, skill and results. In many cases, I’m in and out more quickly while achieving a better outcome, which means less disruption to your day.

And here’s something worth considering…

I’ve often thought that our homes are a little like our cars.

Most of us wouldn’t wait until the engine failed before booking a service. We maintain it because we want it to last.

Our homes deserve that same care.

A shower screen that is cleaned regularly stays clearer for longer.

Stone benches that are looked after keep their finish.

Tapware that’s maintained keeps its shine.

Floors that are cared for continue to look and feel beautiful.

Maintenance isn’t about chasing perfection.

It’s about protecting something you’ve worked incredibly hard to own.
