Radar showing active termites, high moisture associated with termite attack and even a slight temperature increase within heavy termite workings.

Significant attack on this Frankston home discovered today.

There are only a couple of these bee vacuums in Australia. Very low suction and a chamber internal that bees can attach to so the mortality rate is extremely low, far lower than old tech vacuums. Sometimes traditional cut outs are not achievable and that is where this unit comes into play.

Termite inspection today revealing significant damage across atleast one third of the home.
A lot of activity also recorded using a termatrac radar system. Similar to the Richter scale seismic charts this system shows us termite movement without invasion into Timbers (and other materials).
Warm weather opens up the termites range allowing them to move more freely. If your house isn’t treated then how is the time.

Termite activity displayed using a termatrac I traker pro.
This image was taking an hour ago in Devon Meadows. Termites are on the move with this warm weather. Inspect/treat your biggest asset.

Here is a snap shot of 3 months of study I completed to display competency in general pest control and timber species (termite management).
This is after I had worked under a learner license for a year including minimum numbers of termite treatments to become licensed.

All videos and images provided had to be signed off on by my then boss (and instructor) Hat tip to Rick 👍

Fast forward to 2026 and you can achieve the same in 10 days. This is not the right direction for the industry.

As a customer you should seek experience of cost or in my case you can get the experience at a good price too 😊

Bee nice to bees 🐝
Collection and relocation of a resting swarm yesterday. Sometimes bees find themselves in areas where they shouldn’t. Your Local Pest Control has a large number of bee enthusiasts on speed dial to take swarms when they end up ind dangerous areas.

Sometimes bees have set up where they cannot be readily removed. In this case the nest was inside a chimney cavity between the bricks and internal flu.
A dangerous situation with an elderly client having bees entering through small gaps on the inside of the house so the tough decision was made to destroy the nest.
The conduit dusting rig was assembled on site and utilised given limited roof access, rain and forecast rain for several days.
It’s the most rewarding part of my role being able to help people stay safe, along side saving structures from termites!

Beehiving myself

A little favour from my past customers 🙏
I’m reaching out to my genuine past customers and clients for a little support during a difficult time for my small business.
I haven’t been able to complete any new work for over a month due to a broken shoulder, and unfortunately I’m still looking at at least another 6 weeks off work while I recover.
Despite not carrying out any new work during this time, my Google Business Profile has received two negative reviews in the past two days from people who have never been customers of mine.
One review appears to be from a pest controller in New Zealand, while the other is from Fawkner in Melbourne’s northern suburbs — an area I don’t service and have never operated in.
I have reported both reviews to Google, as they don’t reflect genuine customer experiences.
As a small sole-trader business, my reputation and genuine customer reviews mean a lot. Unfair reviews can have a real impact, particularly while I’m unable to work.
I’m not asking anyone to leave a review unless you have genuinely used my services. But if I’ve helped you with pest control in the past and you were happy with my service, I would be incredibly grateful if you could take a couple of minutes to leave an honest Google review based on your own experience.
Every genuine review helps, and your support would mean a great deal to me right now. ❤️
