If I am being honest, the before & after isn’t even my favourite part.

Sure, watching years of grime disappear and seeing that “holy crap” transformation is ridiculously satisfying…

But what I really love is knowing that sometimes, cleaning a bathroom means taking one more thing off someone’s plate.

Because life gets overwhelming and sometimes things pile up faster than you can deal with them. The cleaning gets pushed down the list and then suddenly the little things feel like BIG things, and you don’t even know where to start.

And that’s okay. You are allowed to ask for help.

You don’t need to wait until things are completely out of control. You don’t need to be embarrassed. You don’t need to apologise for needing someone to step in.

And please don’t let the fear of being judged stop you from asking. Needing help doesn’t make you lazy, dirty or incapable.

It makes you human!

So whether it’s a bathroom, a whole house, one room or just one job you’ve been staring at for far too long… Let someone take it off your plate, it’ll be the best thing you ever did.

Skirting boards are something we all miss until we get down to clean them and realise they’ve apparently been collecting every piece of dust, hair and fluff in the house. 🥴

A good vacuum along the edges, a proper wipe down and suddenly they’re white again. 🤌🏼

I did, however, completely forget to take an after photo of the actual same spot because apparently remembering content while cleaning is still a work in progress. 😂

So please enjoy Exhibit A: dirty skirting board and Exhibit B: another skirting board that I DID remember to photograph once it was clean. 🙃
