What a big 3 days spent on this 4 bedroom 2 bathroom 2 living area bond clean in Redcliffe for Ray White and a wonderful owner who wanted to move back into this property with just one request, for it to be clean for her and her family, to be able to call it home 🏡

If you ever have the feeling of wanting to make it big with your own podcast like this tenant, please for the love of bond cleaners do not EVER stick these black foam things on the walls.

This took me 5 hours of scrubbing with sticky residue remover and a scraper and 99% of my sanity.

This large home is my transformation mission for three days for one of my real estates.
It is not in the best of conditions and the owners are wanting a good deep clean on the property before moving back in, they were going to do these foam "thingys" 😅 but were unsure how and what they would use so I wanted to be of help and once I started my OCD wouldn't let me stop

To end my very busy and very emotional week was yet another real estate bond clean on Saturday, this 3 bedroom 2 bathroom property in Nirimba took 16hours 😴 but again the before and afters just show the hard work I put in to my bond cleans no matter what is happening behind closed doors or behind my smile that I show at all times

Side note, do not ever get matte cupboards 😅

I had some very sad news on the 23rd of February and unfortunately had to travel down to Moss Vale for my Nan's funeral last Tuesday.

This is the sad truth behind running a business, there is only so much time I can take off from work because I don't want to let my clients down and I don't want to let my real estates down.

I had work on the Monday for a tenant through one of my real estates then it was a 6.5hr travel day Tuesday, Funeral Wednesday morning and then another 6.5hr travel day back home that same day. Straight back to work on Thursday (I had another amazing tenant through one of my real estates who was so kind enough to change her clean date from Wednesday to Thursday which I will forever be thankful for) then Friday was a 12hr day on this 2 bedroom 1 bathroom size property for another one of my lovely real estates.
This property was lived in by someone who was moving into aged care so it hit me emotionally but it didn't change the outcome 😍 the before and afters are 👌

Working with real estates for a long time is like having friends and watching their children grow up 😅
Two of my bond cleans this week were for my lovely sunshine coast real estate and both of these homes I have seen from day one because the first property I did a sparkle clean just after the builders had finished a year ago and the second I did another sparkle clean after the builders 18 months ago.
I take pride in my work, my business and most importantly myself as a person with integrity. I work extremely hard with long hour days and put in 110% of my time and effort to all of my cleans, which I guess is why after several years I still work with the same real estates, because they value a great hard working tradesperson whilst I value their insights and any and all work given to me (even the bad ones 😅)
