ONE OFF CLEANS, FORTNIGHTLY CLEANING,
AIRBNB, DISPLAY HOMES, OPEN HOME'S,
RENOVATION CLEAN UPS, SPRING CLEANS,
DEEP CLEANS. RENTAL INSPECTIONS.

Monday to Friday.
Basic clean.
Small house/ granny flat.
2 bedrooms 1 bathroom toilet kitchen dining lounge room hallway.
$50 per hour minimum of 2 hours 1 person clean.
2 girl's team minimum of 2 hours $270
3 girls team minimum of 3 hours $300
( For 3 bedroom 2 bathroom toilets kitchen dining lounge room sitting room)

4 or more bedroom's 3 bathroom's toilets kitchen dining lounge room sitting room office media room. 4 girls team minimum of 3 hours $600.

YOUR FIRST CLEAN WE STAY TILL IT CLEAN NO EXTRA CHARGE.

****should we run out of time on your regular fortnightly cleaning service it's a $50 per hour per girl charge*****

***Usually after a deep clean a walk through clean is offered, this clean is same quality clean as your deep clean no windows, depending on size of your lovely home.
$225 flat rate 2 girl's team maximum 2 hours.***

As everyone's knows David and I are dog lovers,
Due to our commitments, we are unable to have a dog of our own.
We OFFER pet sitting in our home, at a flat rate of $50 per day.
YOU SUPPLY EVERYTHING.

We have a double gate system at the side of house in to backyard.
Front gates to side door and back gate to yard always closed.
Unless you're instructions is to let your pet off leash while in yards they will be walked on leash while out side.

I'M Simone leanne Duan

I have been tipped off that a group of individuals acting on There own have paid some people to block me moving forward in business and my personal life.

Some of you may find this hard to believe and comprehend.

15 years ago before I STARTED my sobriety journey,
I was reckless, uncaring and squash the next person to get that job.
I was young and immature alcohol stunted my emotional growth.

Yes I was a mom, yes I worked for the leading top 5 companies on the North side,

I'm 57 in October sane, clean, sober.

I've made plenty of mistakes and enemy's

Life a learning experience.
When you know better you do BETTER.

This is my formal apologies to all that I may have and definitely hurt.

I'm truly SORRY for my actions for I was a sick and suffering alcoholic with baggage from child and teenager abuse.
I'm far from perfect please accept my apologie.

Please help me to become a better version of myself with each passing day.
Caring, kindness and compassion truth, love and loyalty let's build a trustworthy bond.
Support each other through this journey called life.

Like I said I've made mistakes in life in sobriety as well, for those of you who know the AA program the first 5years your emotions and mind are playing catch up.
For me I didn't start to come good till around 8 years sober.
Life's had its challenges,
I had to sell my flat under financial hardship.
I have an on going battle with my injuries from a huge work place accident.
I'm disabled, but I don't let that own me.
I have mental health challenges
And there's David tones 76 dementia patient I take care of in his golden year's because I made him a promise when I was 43 and in a dark place to honour him and look after him for saving me.
It's not without its own challenges,
But as a WOMAN that was once broken, and now on a spiritual healing journey, I'm a work in progress.
