I provide all my own cleaning equipment, have a valid police check and ABN. I charge 35ph and first time clients will receive a 15% discount on the first clean.

Hello everyone,

Just wanted to let you all know I have finished my placement now 😁. So things should be back to normal with your cleans.

There are a lot of public holidays coming up over the next few weeks so if anyone is going away over these holidays or won't be wanting a clean please let me know so I can try and fit in as many clients as possible.

My placement date has been push back to the 14th of march due to covid.

At this stage I should be finished placement by 1st of April and back cleaning again on the 4th.

Good afternoon everyone. As some of you may already know, I have recently decided to do my cert 3 individual support for age care/disability.

Unfortunately this will mean that I will be unavailable for 3 weeks from the 7th March as I have to do 3 weeks of work placement to complete my qualification.

I apologise in advance for an inconvenience this may cause.

Happy Friday everyone!

I just wanted to let everyone know I will be working as per usual over the holiday period, however with all the public holidays coming up there may be some slight changes to the roster. I will let everyone know by the end of next week as to what these changes may be.

I will do my best to fit everyone in so if you have planned holidays or would prefer not to get your clean over this time please let me know 😊

Update to cancellation policies.

Hello everyone, I will be implementing a last minute cancellation/reschedule fee. This fee is for cleans that are canceled/rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice (after 11am the day before your clean) and will be half (50%) of your total clean. (Example - $35 for cancellation of a 2hrs clean) and will be commencing from Monday (22nd).

I understand sometime situations arise when last minute cancellation can not be avoided, however my cleaning work is my only source of income and unfortunately with less than 24hrs notice I am unable to fill your spot to make up for missing finances.

I apologise in advance for any inconvenience this may cause but unfortunately my bookkeeper has advise that I either have a price increase or implement a cancellation fee and I felt that this would be the best option for all my client.

This is just a courtesy post to let you all know I will be FULLY OPERATIONAL within this lockdown period.

However If any of my clients are currently in self isolation, have attended a hotspot listed on Queensland health contact tracing website or would like to postpone there cleans for any reason during this lockdown period please let me know 😊.
