We provide a return-and-rectify guarantee, not a money-back guarantee. This is in line with Australian Consumer Law, in which a ‘remedy’ and not a ‘refund’ is considered the appropriate response to minor issues or failures that occur in the provision of cleaning services.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

Our Bond Cleaning Guarantee only applies to the service you have engaged us for. For a full bond clean, our guarantee covers those items cleaned as part of your service. If identified issues are not part of the quote, we are happy to return to your property to provide additional support at our usual service rates.

If you do not approve the total time needed to complete the job, any tasks we don’t have time to complete can not be covered by our bond guarantee.

If your property manager or real estate agent sees anything we missed just let us know and we'll be back within 24-48 business hours. Our Return Guarantee is only applicable if you contact us within 7 calendar days of the performed service.

Please note all quotes include spot cleaning walls and internal windows only. If you require complete wall washing or external window cleaning please advise us. This takes considerably extra time and we need to advise cleaners before they start. For mould, we can only clean the surface and dark marks won't go away most of the time. We highly suggest that you have it treated for mould and have it repainted. It can be embedded into silicon, grout, and other areas.

Mould treatment, tile and grout cleaning, pressure cleaning, or any deep stains that require a professional third party to clean are not included in the Bond Cleaning Guarantee.

GET Cleaning Services uses the latest cleaning techniques and products. But "normal wear and tear" happens and we can't make some items look brand new. Rest assured that we will take before and after photos of some items to prove that without specialist intervention, it is the best condition the item can be in.

Our bond back guarantee with re-cleaning is only valid if the account is paid in full. We will re-clean the property as many times as required so you'll get your bond back even with the strictest agents as we don't process refunds.

We endeavor to do a great job for you but trust you will help us give our cleaners the appropriate time they need to provide you with the best result. Thank you for your understanding.

Please allow a re-clean or an inspection of any work deemed unsatisfactory before arranging a third party to conduct service.

Maximum ceiling height requirement is 3 meters for our cleaners' safety.
