❤️ A little personal update ❤️
I thought I’d share a little bit of what’s been happening behind the scenes lately, as I know I’ve been a bit quieter and slower replying to messages than usual.
Most people probably don’t know that my mum, Sharon, has been battling kidney disease for the past few years and was waiting for a transplant. We finally got the call in July that a donor had been found and Mum underwent a simultaneous pancreas-kidney transplant.
Unfortunately, things haven’t gone as smoothly as we’d hoped. Mum has had quite a few complications since the transplant.
So while I’m still working my normal full days with CNS, my evenings have become pretty hectic too. Naomi and I have been travelling around 40 minutes each way to Mum’s place to feed and look after her animals, and my fiancé Josh has been helping out whenever he can as well.
Some nights we’re getting home so late that I’m literally feeding my own dogs and going straight to bed because I’ve got to be up at 6am to do it all again. 😂 There have definitely been nights where dinner has just been skipped because I’m too exhausted to even think about it.
It’s been a lot to juggle, and I’m doing my best to keep up with clients, work, home and everything happening with Mum at the moment.
On top of everything, the financial pressure on Mum, Tim and Jazmyn has become really difficult. They’re dealing with accommodation and travel costs, rent, food, animal care and all the unexpected expenses that come with having Mum in hospital for such a long time.
So I’ve set up a GoFundMe to try and take a little bit of that pressure off them while Mum focuses on getting better.
I know this is a bit different from what I normally post on our cleaning page, but I wanted to share it because there are so many lovely people who support my little business and have supported me personally too. ❤️
There is absolutely no pressure to donate. Even sharing the fundraiser would mean so much to our family.

And to all of my clients who have been waiting a little longer for replies or have been patient with me lately, thank you. I’m still here, still working and still doing my best. I just have a lot happening outside of work right now. ❤️
