Your hair regemen will depend on your hair type and your hair porosity..(I will give you an article on hair type soon)

What you need to have a good hair regemen
products..shampoos,and other natural cleansing items
..you should condition your hair atleast every week..and after every washing or cleansing
and seal.. always seal in after moisturizing

and protective styles ..put on protective styles often and avoid tied puffs..they can cause strain and lose of hair line
