NOTICE TO OUR CUSTOMERS

Dear esteemed customers,

We regret to inform you that Iolanda Treatment Plant in Kafue lost power at 23hrs last night and only resumed this morning at 06hrs.

In view of this we have very poor water levels in reservoirs due to loss of production. Most parts of Lusaka will have no water supply till we build up adequate water levels in the reservoirs.

The inconvenience caused is deeply regretted.

LWSC CALL CENTRE OFFICIALLY LAUNCHED!

As part of the digital transformation to serve customers better, Lusaka Water Supply and Sanitation Company (LWSC) has today officially launched the Call Centre. Customers can now Call 5957 on all networks for queries and complaints. Additionally, the Call Centre will also register queries and complaints made via LWSC social media platforms.

WATER SUPPLY RESTORED

Lusaka Water Supply and Sanitation Company (LWSC) would like to inform customers in Town, Industrial Area, Chinika Area, Misisi, Kuku, John Laing, Libala, Libala South, Kabwata, Kamwala, Kamwala South, Chilenje, Chilenje South, Woodlands, Woodlands Extension, Kabulonga, Hillview, and Chandamali that repair works at Lusaka Waterworks have been concluded and reservoirs are currently being filled up. Normal supply, however, will be restored once sufficient levels are attained later this evening.
