Fowl pox is a dangerous chicken disease,it wiped my neighbor’s flock slowly, not in days, in weeks. Birds stayed alive, fed poorly, stopped growing, stopped laying and they all died.

Many farmers miss it early. Here is the full guide you need on your farm.

What does fowl pox looks like on your chickens.

The disease spreads slowly.
Signs appear after 4 to 10 days.

Key signs you see.

-Scabs or wart like growths on comb, wattles, eyelids, beak.
-Eyes closing due to thick scabs.
-Yellow or white sores inside the mouth or throat.
-Poor feeding.
-Slow growth.
